My background was in sales and marketing including focusing on event and wedding planning and I love to cook. Since my background was with the corporate world I saw a niche that was unexplored. Many office professionals don't have the time or don't take the time to go out for lunch. When I first started The Deli Basket, fast food restaurants were the only options for a quick lunch. They offered very few healthy choices.


I wanted to bring to my corporate customers healthy, tasty lunch items and allow them to remain in their offices. I prepared a large selection of fresh healthy salads, homemade soups, desserts and healthy sandwiches on fresh made deli breads. 


Twenty three years later The Deli Basket is one of the Penninsula's largest corporate caterers. we have our main cafe' in Historic Hilton Village and our newest cafe in the Mariners Museum. We have wonderful customers and hope that you will become one of them.


We are famous for our chicken salad and she crab soup but our chef Tom Jones will "WOW" you with his interesting and flavorable specials.
